Hello, I am trying to find the parents of John Randall born abt 1855 in Ohio on the census records. He was married to Hanna which was born abt 1860 in Missouri. in Mississippi its 21 the legal age and Alabama 19 Nebraska 19.and in some states if you are 18 in High School you are still considered a Minor.You cant even rent a hotel in some places until your 21 if it has alchohol.You cant rent a car till your 21 and 25 with low prices.So basically in the U.S.... In most states you are considered an adult at 18 in Alabama its 19 Nebraska 19 and Mississippi 21.in some states if you are 18 in High School you are till a minor till you graduate.Apparently 18 is not really an Adult you cant drink rent a car and they are considering moving the smoking age to 2...
